Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. 

LOST /STOLEN: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you haven’t received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly to initiate a CLAIM @ 1-800–ASK-USPS ( 1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the USPS. All orders are insured.
